Ayu poisson d`eau douce , grille au sel ,et on le trouve fume aussi

Ingredients:
Ayu (Sweet fish) --- 4pieces
Egg --- 4pieces
Spinach --- 1bunch
Soup A --- Dashi 400cc
Soy Sauce 40cc
Mirin 40cc
Sake 30cc
Directions:
1, Sprinkle salt on the Ayu then grill it on a skewer until the inside is done.
2, Boil the eggs well. Separate the egg whites and the yolk.
3, Boil the spinach with salt water. Put the spinach into cold water then squeeze water out. Put the spinach into Suiji.
4, Squeeze Suiji out then cut the spinach fine. Dress the spinach with 2.
5, Spread egg (whites only) and 4 then grill it quickly.
You're done!
How to choose a good Ayu?
Pick a firm and slimy fish body. If it's naturally raised, grill it with guts.
